I am appealing a ban for which I was unbanned almost a year ago. Now I just log in and it is still banned (Not IP banned). I try to make an appeal but it gives an error 413 - Request entity too large.
Can any admin solve it by unbanning me, or helping me with the error?

This happens when you use an inappropriate uploader.

Always use IM's uploader or just post the SS in a comment.
