It was all fine and working before once I wanted to play and this crash just occured, no, my game doesn't start a bit, it's an instant crash that just pops up, and I did not install any mods before this, I do have weapon sounds but those are from before when the game was working, it's the same thing, samp or launcher, same problem.
Did you install any mod?
Did you change any settings since last time you were able to play the game?

As I said, the only thing I have are weapon sounds that I installed with modloader.
And I don't remember changing anything, I played the same way I play every day.

I'm tired of reinstalling it, I've reinstalled it SOO many times that It's just annoying now, there's a problem that occurs every time and the only solution ends up being "reinstall GTA"..
EDIT: I did reinstall the game and it did not get fixed.

I had the same problems with SAMP as well, I had no mod and the game did not even start, I tried many ways to solve it, but the problem was there still. Searched on the web for youtube videos, replaced the crack with one downloaded on the internet, but the errorr was still there.
The only solution is to re-install the game and delete every file that belongs to GTA, you can simply Open the file location @Gta shortcut on desktop, try deleting every of the game, if it stops or any error shows up while deleting the folder, restart your PC and then try again, pretty sure it will delete all of them.
After these steps install the GTA, run the game, it will perfectly work, I'm sure this will help you because was the only solution that made my GTA work.

Delete gta_sa.set in GTA San Andreas User Files folder located in your documents folder. Post feedback.

you need to uninstall the game.
then go to rockstar folder wherever u installed the game before and check if there's any folders left out after uninstallation.if so delete em all.then go to my documents and move the whole samp folder (gta sa folder)
Then go to c:\users\username\appdata folder and go to all three folders there (cant remeber all- I think local, roaming and smthn else)
Then search gta related folders and delete em too.delete IMRP folder which is created by launcher. Then maybe restart the pc and reinstall
