So i format my pc but i cant find drivers for win7 can anyone help me hoe to fix this please (photo is potato ik )

Use more words, tell us what exact problems you're experiencing.
And, how the heck do you format a PC? I assume you're talking about the OS drive?

Go to the manufacturer's website and download a driver.
For example, if you're missing a GPU driver for a nVidia board, go to
http://www.nvidia.com/download/find.aspx

Download the drivers from the manufacturer's website through another PC and transfer them to yours.
