So I've the same simple GTA since for ever, I have question how do we get mods? Fonts and sounds and cross hair and also weapon mods, thank you.

See the modding section of these forums and other rp communities (like lsrp), everything else that you specifically need and can't find you can search for on YouTube or the request mods section.

What programs we used to add mods?

bro i know how to install mods, i just forgot what program i used to use lol

oh modloader , txd workshop, about sound mods , u've to replace the folders to ur GTA FOLDER.

These are the most common programs for mods. Also, Alci's IMG Editor & GGMM(for permanent vehicles/weapons installation).
