Launcher issue

I tried to log in and I had 20 packet loss, tried to relog numerous times and I spawned at the farm, then I decided to delete launcher and re-install it, nothing else to explain.

How did you reinstall it?

You can also try to run it as an administrator.

Install your Gta in another place. At Disk D or desktop.
