Game crashed while passing by PD

I have no idea why but every time I pass by the PD station my game crashes, usually giving me an opcode related to the Maverick or news chopper. I have no vehicle mods.

I have other mods but they don't cause conflicts anywhere else on any server besides on IM at the PD.
Fixed, had to do with 2dfx and the limit adjuster being set to 110 cars
