Is that possible to give someone weapons or possessions? I know I can give money, but I don't know if I can give those. Thank you brothers!

You need be the gun dealer to be able to deal/sell weapons. However you need IC contacts with mafias to be able to get hands on the gun dealer job.

Weapons can be transported in many ways via Maverick, Sultan and Burittos.
Each have it's own purpose.
And for dealing and buying illegal guns, you need to become a gun dealer.(mentioned above).

I don't want to trade with weaponry. But let's assume my acquaintance has a Silence Pistol, can he share some ammo with me?

No.
There are sellable weapons which a dealer can convert into almost any weapon. You can not share ammo. You can RP it if you're gundealer and use command to sell the gun.

No such command has been scripted because weapons do not save once you log off because they are fairly cheap on Italy Mafia. Such command can be abused by giving away your weapons to your friends when logging off.

There is a way to share ammo but I belive it's abuse so I won't post it here till I will ask admin if it's allowed.
