i dont see any thing illegal in this mod ,it's just change the weather of the game from day to night..
i do prefer to play during night times am i allowed to use it?

nevermind it crashes my gameplay i found a another smilar cleo mod which is night.cs i tested it , its just fix my day time to night i dont see anything illegal i wonder if launcher would detect it as illegal

Just because it doesn't detect it doesn't mean it's allowed. You can get unfair advantages from many things that mods allow you to do, visibility mods for example.

its just a weather changer its doesn't give me any advantages , anyway server time changes at 19:00 that cleo mod me makes my gta's time fix at 19:00 i dont like to play during day time because im playing throught a potato laptop which makes my game lags opposite to night time makes my game perfect

If it's night for others and day for you then it's obviously an unfair advantage. Visibility etc.

its the other way around for him i think, still i think night has better visibility than most of the other daytime phases
