whenever i replace the fist this happening ^^^^

Did you recently install a weapon mod and radar mod? Probably you enabled two mods at the same time or you got yourself fucked up by txd workshop
However, delete hud.txd and completely replace it with another file.

re-install the hud.txd your currently hud.txd are fucked up.

I'm guessing you replaced it incorrectly. Use TXD Editor to edit hud.txd, click on "fist" and click import then select your new file.
