How to get 1 floor of this beautifull building. For my new started (gang/group)

This is great place, and since its empty i want to use it, please tell me how easy way to do this.

One guy was selling apartment of this building. You can buy it.

It isn't something you can officially 'own' without buying all the houses there and even then you will only 'officially' own the doors the houses are placed at and the interior, not the entire floor. If it's an illegal group you plan on creating, you can own it with roleplay (fear, turf etc).

And by 'empty' you mean there are no houses on that floor to purchase, you must donate and you will receive a houseclaim which you can use to put a house there.

Contact the house owner(s) for that information. It's their property and price is only known to them.

Sure.. but unless you have a house to rent where will you spawn?
Buy one of the available apartments there and you are set.
Not sure about IC trouble for trespassing but you can hang out there.. for sure.

In order to get a house at this place you need a houseclaim. Houseclaim can be obtain as a part of donation pack called Addict or you can buy it from other players at this thread.
Once you have that, go to doors of that appartment floor, stand infront of it and use /houseclaim after that wait for an admin to come and spawn a house for you.
