I just open my PC up and everything is green now.
What is this?

looks like you selected some high contrast theme.
go control panel, click on 'personalization'

Um... I did that, but only 1 theme there. And it's this one.

i would change back to a regular theme as i would find that much more nice. xD.

I couldn't find another theme. Nothing was there except it.
Anyways, did a system restore and it's fixed.
Lock this please.
