After half year of using this shit, suddenly It sometimes records, but when it does its just a black screen with music.

i had the same problem with nvidia shadowplay, i did a DDU to have everything fixed back.
First oif all check if the control panel of AMD works

If it's GTA San Andreas. Change screen resolution and see / Run the application in compatibility mode for Windows 98/Me (Right click -> properties -> compatibility tab) and try.
I think AMD Relive doesn't detect the game as an application. My keybinder didn't work and I changed compatibility.

Okay, I got what's the problem when ever I open GTA it says changed color to Windows 7 and then I can't record, every game works and now this stupid shit annoying me

gta_sa.exe is not supporting Aero themes, I believe there's a fix for it, I'll edit my post once I've found the updated gta_sa.exe
