On topic - I believe this message is normal when you're using an aero theme on windows 7 and launching SAMP temporarily disables the dwm, don't think it affects the actual game though?

it is, I can't record my actual game because of that situation.

my game has the same mods I used to have before I actually re-installed my GTA..

How does your game alt-tab, does it do it instantly or is there a black screen when you're tabbing back in?

Instantly but it takes some time like (3-4 seconds, delay)

Try to disable the Windows 7 Aero theme and try running ReLive with Desktop Recording enabled. Make sure to start recording the game when you're inside the game.

Now it doesn't work at all, it opens the toolbar when on aero theme. whenever I enter samp it somehow turns my theme to the basic one and then I can't record, so its actually the same if I change the aero theme..

You have two options left - either reinstalling your game or upgrading your Windows to 10. That's all I have left to offer.

See if you can find any settings related to recording your desktop @ relive.

I do and I can record every game with Aero theme and when I change to not related Aero theme Relive doesn't work at all.

Special thanks to tisler for trying to help me with the best option he had. Others as well.
