OOC chat must be done between brackets (using ( to start your sentence). OOC chat taking in IC will not be tolerated. This applies to all IC chats, e.g. chatting about IC related things, such as selling/buying vehicles/business' or recruiting via /pm. Using abbreviations such as "LOL", "OMG", "WTF" or smilies such as ":D", ":(" will result in a warning.

About 30 percent ads in real life on newspapers and on facebook groups have symbols like smileys or hearts, l o l.
@Cypress i got a warning for that ad = 120 mins in jail :/ thats where i screened.

It is classified as one, so yes. It ruins the immersion if you have a bunch of ads or sms' running around with love smilies and emojis. This is supposed to be a mafia roleplay server after all.
