so my I tried to play after my laptop got fixed and when I log in this thing happen ... anyone can help please?

Replace the whole file with a new one, not with txd workshop
delete the old file and put the new one

back up hud.txd. Delete your current one by pressing on the right click on your mouse and "Remove" then add this one to the same folder.
