OK so my questions are:

1. Are 2 rival factions allowed to attack, rob or do any other harm to them and/or their businesses?

2. I saw a command in the list "/loadmoney ; /unloadmoney" , so I wanted to ask because I do not understand it, is this a command used to literally load money bags and stuff in a car or is it used for something else. IF used for the first, is it possible to steal that money from a loaded car?

3. I dont know the level of RP that is going on between factions, but how does the territory of factions get divided among them? And does a faction have to RP their way into another factions territory by eliminating the "boss" of the rival faction or is that all handled by a faction war?

4. Are faction wars handled in some kind of TDM arenas or is it a all out war on the streets?

/loadmoney & /unloadmoney was for moneyvan's to re-stock businesses but it got removed,
there is no tdm arenas, this is an ''rp'' server not tdm

1. Yes.

2. Those commands are used for transporting money from a business to the bank with a securicar. You can attack them.

3. Territory is mostly claimed by force, there is a turf takeover system.

4. All out war on the streets.

1. Yes. However anyone can just find a few friends and rob any business they desire via /robbiz. You can also rob anyone you'd like.

2 . I'm not sure but it does seem like that's outdated.

3 . Neither. There's a command which allows for a turf war (on a king of the hill style minigame). Turfs are transferred that way. There's no RP involved (because fleaders chose not to have it)

4. It's an allout war. However the answer above is not correct. There's a TDM Arena which is IC represented by the paintball arena (near Market Ammunation)

You said above that one can attack a money transport van. Now, if I happen to drive such a van that is loaded with money and someone decides to rob it and steals the van from me, is he able to take the money out of that van? That is my last question

Yes, any player is able to /unloadmoney from a moneyvan at any bank if he drives up next to it.
