Hello, my friends conviced me to download steam and play with them , so, i downloaded it when i tried to set-up it, it give this error, help please

Do it and see if there's any change. If not, Run as admin and try.

Installing steam doesnt give you game
And to buy game,you need money,Which your mom wont give you
So why bother?
