my new problem is, my connection sometimes breaking up, i mean like lost signal and then reconnect again and then lost signal again, "Troubleshoot problem" is useless

Do you have samp addon installed? I had the same issue and once I removed the SAMP addon it got fixed.

Go to your control panel and remove the samp addon, it should work fine.

As the warning said "at least directx 9.0", have you tried to install more updated versions? dirextx10 and so on
