There are several people here who can make beautiful signatures, ask them.

Well, some people use Paint.net ((It's an .exe, not the "paint" software)) or photoshop.
But you require some skills to do a cool one, I'd suggest you to ask someone to make one for you, if you're still not great with drawing at the computer.
On the other hand, you can draw something and scan it.

Search on Youtube how to, you'll get a few tutorials there or post on one of the 'Design Companys', IC Section >
viewforum.php?f=27 .
Mati does it for free and you'll get it in one day time.

One cannot simply make a cool signature.
You can either find a good graphic designer (e.g. in IM) or learn PhotoShop or something.
