Whenever allies/enemies are taking a turf it doesn't blink.
2 days ago was working fine, the next day it wasn't and I have not changed my mods for like past month..

I uninstalled gta, deleted gta san andreas user files, made a new folder, installed gta there, reinstalled samp.
Nothing worked so far.. I don't know what could be the issue.

I had the same issue, but it went away on its own.

Replace your current hud.txd with another hud.txd file?

Well, I had the same mods for 1 month, how could be something related to that if it was still same hud the whole time?
When it was working and when it didn't..

Change to dafault hud.txd and try

Try this, @Liroy you had that issue in past, how did you fix it?

I had the same problem, when some random faction would try to take a turf, turfs wouldn't blink to me, I've changed hud.txd mod and it got fixed by itself.

Also, make sure to have, legend off and blink&map on at your game settings.

My hud.txd it's the stock one, I reinstalled gta(read above)
I do have legend off and blimps&map on.
Problem still happens.

Yep, same with me, seems to be a server problem and not related to any GTA files.

Yea, I think that too. How can it be gta sa files If I have the same file when it was working and now when it doesn't.

Then just wait until its fixed by itself
