Open the command prompt and use the command ipconfig /flushdns
tellme what the result is.

AVAST is a virus scan, not a malware scan.
You have probably got malware.
Avast is not going to block that.

Settings >
Active Protection >
Web Shield >
Customize and then turn off
Enable HTTPS Scanning

Ran a scan with avast, didn't fix it..
Tried a while later it somehow fixed itself, but thanks for all the solutions, appreciated.
