Samp issue.

Hello, once i try to connect into samp server it crashes and shows this
though GTA sa is working fine but samp isn't, any solutions?

Create a new user in your PC and play gta sa on it.

create new user and play with it
only solution for it, it will work

Try uninstalling all "Microsoft Visual C++" packages on by one[incase you have more than 1 version" then re-install it again
post feedback when you can
