a while ago i accidently tested to play at a 144Hz monitor and i accidentally got in love with it so i went directly to buy one, along with a HDMI cable, i saw that you only could choose 60hz on it. I thought it was some bug, today i came across some youtuber that said that it doesnt wokr to use HDMI for 144 HZ, so i attached a DVI, and i could choose 144 in windows, after that my fps in gta V went from 80-100 to 15.. then i changed back to HDMI.. and then basically everything got fucked up.
Samp is crashing on Launch:
Spoiler
Shadowplay refuses to work:
Spoiler
Same low fps on gta V...
appart from re-installing windows are there any other solutions? my windows-disc doesn't seems to work (I Speedbuilt another computer to test the disc) and it didnt worked, so i would like to skip that if possible...
thanks.

You use dvi for 144 herz
?????????????
dvi is worse then HDMI.
u need a hdmi 1.4a or higher / a displayport cable for 144 herz.
To fix samp:
Go to task manager, end process gta_sa.exe
after that; go to my documents, and delete the folder GTA San Andreas user files.

i used HDMI, but i couldnt choose 144hz in windows, as soon as i changed to a DVI cable, it worked, that's the fucking weird thing, i know that HDMI would be better, thats why i bought that cable to begin with :S
