you might be editing the default gta hud.txd which you can find on models folder. if you want to change the fist you gotta go to your modloader and search for a folder named "RADAR HUD" depends how whiskey named it. Oh yeah whiskey has the hud.txd in a folder, so open modloader and the folder that the hud.txd located, open that .txd with txdworkshop and enjoy.
