How do I change my Forum name?

Title pretty much explains my question I think.
I want to change my forum name to Doodly, because I've seen some people change their forum name.

You have to be in the VIP usergroup in order to change your name.

You will be able to change your forum name in Forum User Control Panel if you're in premium user group.
or you have to Forum-PM woot/K3lroy (not sure about this, it's old)
