help me

hello
i wanted to log in but my laptop crashed so out of anger i rebooted my whole laptop and now samp is gone but i downloaded it again but when i try to launch it it says i need direct x version 9 or something how to solve this pls help me gr resini
quiss tried help but he is stupid so please

well, try to install Direct x latest version: DX10
and install Visual C++ al editions they install SAMP again and try to run it

locate ''turn windows features on or off''
open the folder legacy components
click the direct play box

you need to make a new user on your laptop, happens to me every 5-6 months
just make a new user and launch samp from there it should work

When you install the current directX, you only install the files for that version. The problem is that with some older games you need outdated files.
You can fix it by going into the installer, and click Install DirectX9 (dont' bother downloading the versions from microsoft, those only update the latest files). Now, I don't know what GTA SA version you have, but (at least) for the CD version, when you auto-launch a menu opens hwere you can install DirX9.
Alternatively just download other older games and install dir9 from there
Going into legacy does seem to work for some people, but at least for me, that's a no go.

ok 1 last question
once i launch the launcher it instantly crashed, and when i start regular it says that the server cannot be found

Make sure gta_sa.exe, samp.exe & IMRP launcher.exe all have the same launch settings.
Run as admin, compatibility mode etc.

Go to all progams in your control panel, enable windows features on the left side, and enable .net framework and directX
