can anyone help me with this... i've tried anything that i found on google and it still not fixed...

How long are you suffering this for? Might be an issue with GTA servers.

i've been try to fix for 7 hours but it still same. the last thing i did yesterday is i bought a new plane, and then i quit. today, this happened. (i also checked if my account is banned or not. it shows that everything is there, vehicles, money is still in a right place).

So just been happening for one day. I guess be patient and wait it out, fucking around like that recklessly can get you banned since Rockstar is unpredictable.

It's really unlikely to be a fault of yours, Rockstar Games has by far one of the worst game services I've ever played into.
A persistent issue I myself am experiencing is "SAVING FAILED: unable to connect to Rockstar services" coming up quite often, so yes, blame their game cloud for being too underpowered for the gigantic playerbase they have.
