Can I donate using a method on a virtual card named PayMaya ?

I checked it out and if you can use your virtual card details to make a paypal account then you might be able to donate via PayPal. Long shot, but it might work.
Donating straight using this might not be a possibility but try out your virtual card using stripe as well.

Well, the problem is that I am under 18 and PayPal in my country requires a Passport (Which I haven`t acquired yet) or a Driver`s license upon registration.

Use a parent's one? With permission of course.
I didn't need a passport or a driver's license, weird that you do.. wonder why.

Because he is probably from Asia (Pakistan and China and such countries); too many hackers/jackers there so they made it to protect themselves cause law doesnt protect them there.
