System Idle Process

This system idle process is getting me FPS drop without even using any program else except GTA... the CPU percent of it is 95+ thats it

System idle process just shows you how much the CPU is idling. 95% usage means that it's not being used for 95%.
Common misconception. The cause of your FPS drops is somewhere else.

Maybe you're talking about the System Idle Process of the windows 10 but actually I'm having windows 7, I've watched a lot of videos about it on youtube but still I got no solution...

No difference between 7 and 10 in terms of idle process. It's just there so the total cpu usage could function.

Yes, I have it too but it's nothing. I don't really have that much FPS drop.

It's not using CPU usage, it shows how much is not being used.
