he didn't get lucky, that's the correct punishment for it according to the last ruleset change

it used to be 7 days, so I suspended for 168 ye. But it changed to 3 days after revamp

It's powergaming lol. Like. Your car doesn't just teleport if someone's impounding or planting drugs or whatnot on it. Just because most of the playerbase is too dull to realize that, doesn't mean it shouldn't be done.

Kind of like scamming. There were ways to scam without being powergaming, but most people were just PG'ing/using OOC means so scamming as a whole was disallowed.

Because trying to pepper spray someone who is shooting to you with a deadly weapon is not powergaming.
Because abusing pepper spray to get someone into an animation in order to bypass the anti-tazing script is not powergaming.
Because throwing water to someone and then taze him is not powergaming,
And so on...

Please don't be so naive. The towing rule and the impound fee is indeed bullshit.

Read the rule about /get lol you can report the abusers.
Spraying between walls/floors with fire extinguisher, /carbomb ontop of pd to save the cuffed suspect inside garage, camping inside a house/biz robbery or any tp to spray the hell of pd to death with that enter lag are not powergaming?
There are things that you cannot controle but when you do the /car tow on purpose then you're the one to blame because you were aware that you're breaking a rule.
The fee is IC, do something IC about it or deal with it as it is, plus no one told you to respond to a gunfight with your own car.
By towing your vehicle, you ruined an IC scene and changed a whole IC scenario such as an investigation or car chase or whatever.

Remove pepper spray,water tanks, fire extinguisher :p

why do these 'powergaming' situations have to be two sided

just remove them all, there shouldn't be a 'pd can powergame that so i can do this' type of things

I bolded the areas you really should think about before arguing. How would that be powergaming, if it's literally something that you can do IRL? Those rules come from a game balance perspective, not powergaming.

As someone else said, you should read the /get related rules (and yes, it IS powergaming, however what also is powergaming is stalling so others can get shot. Real big gray area there, hence the rules regarding /Get. However the keybinded /me -> /get in less than a second is BS.

If you could taze (like you can irl) it wouldn't happen. Like I said, it's from a game balance perspective, not "powergaming/unrealistic" behaviour. Mostly stemming from the fact that in the game you don't die/become incapacitated by being shot once.
