Can't Play GTA SA/ SA-MP

Hello, I was playing SA-MP w/o any problems but when i installed Adobe Photoshop and after that I tried to open SA-MP it crashes without any loading or screens before it then i also tried to open GTA SA and it does the same and don't even show any kind of screen and the error appears saying GTA SA.EXE has stopped working.
Please please help me
Also i don't want to loose my mods so don't tell me to reinstall it?

BTW, my gta not working with mods its doing the above mentioned problem
