Windows 7 lagging

I had Windows 10 and I downgraded to Windows 7 recently but it is lagging so much, it takes 1 year to open Google Chrome and so..
help

They are installing, its like 190 updates

well bro you gonna have to wait for all of them to install etc and after that you wont get the lag ... you can also turn that off and install them later
thats whats getting you the temp lag I think
