My friend, Nikolai Zakirov for some reason he is banned on the site, and not on the game, I mean he can play, and he does right now. Is it possible to unban him from the site/forum, because I think he is banned for no reason.

Tell your friend to make a ban appeal for his forum account, or you make it for him.

The description shows the owner of archive.is aka woot is hosting the website on Cloudflare and has set a policy to block certain IP addresses from accessing the website. Firefly's IP is in the range of blocked IP addresses. Maybe the owner does not want to access from proxies.
so maybe your friend is trying to log in using a proxy, let him restart his router and try again, post feedback here.

Try to make support ticket cuz maybe this could be bug but maybe not.So better make support ticket at least if he is banned he will get explanation why is he banned
