So I tried changing my Usergroup to registered users and when I did the donator bar should dissappear right? (the one above avatar.) but it does not.so I tried changing it to pd then the name became blue but not the userbar.it remained as donator.tried changing to radio Dj it's the same.
Can someone tell me how to fix it

hold on, I will try to refresh your account by inviting and uninviting you to one of my user groups you again.
ok, that failed, big time, you need to contact k3 or even Makke to refresh your account, forum pm them instead of keeping this question open.
