What is "Auto S"

Can some of you people of the RP world enlighten me what AUTO S is and how is it an excuse for nonroleplay?

as i said when you're cuffed or tied up and they attempt to frisk you and they do S/F you cannot say F since you're cuffed/tied, therefore you have no option.
