Whenever I try logging in it tells me the server didn't respond, and keeps retrying until it does, and 30 seconds later I get kicked for not logging in, even though the password input section didn't even come up, I tried using the launcher as well and it still does the same(even though I log in through the launcher and don't even need to put the password in-game)

it happens to me when i have a slow internet connection.check if your PC is downloading shit on background.
if its win 10 that's probably the case. or maybe gta sa is firewalled

My internet is good, only problem is with SAMP, any way a friend helped me with it and solved it, still lagging lots in-game but working.
