Windows format

Hello guys, how may I format my pc w/o losing my windows, like i want to delete everything was installed in the pc but keeping my windows activation, any help?

I don't know which windows it is but if you are using Windows 10, there's option called "Reset this PC" and you can select either you want to keep your files nor delete everything but ofcourse the windows will stay active.
