Launcher isnt working

The launcher doesnt work it doesnt move from updating core files please help me to resolve it i and i have to susspended account which you have forced me to play on the launcher but it doesnt work please unsuspend Frank_Hunt and Jack_Crow which i would be able to play from sa-mp not the launcher

it end right now and its says couldnt install essential file

@Frank_Cesar Run the launcher as an administrator.
