I did everything at woot thread but still shit wont even open reinstalled and all that still not working i will jsut try to connect wont open gta offline or online HELP ASAP

come to the chat and click on "woot" on the right side and then "PM". Write that you have a launcher issue and then wait. Do not leave after 2-3 minutes, I may take some time to reply. If I don't answer within 30 minutes, try again at a later point.

ok here whats happening i re install it, removed all mods,followed woots guide and all that there, i checked youtube and other wont help.
When i press "Connect" the game just blinks and nothing happen's idk why
