I've just closed laptop down, it went in sleep mode and when i tried turning it on few hours later, it wasn't working. When i press power button, I get a sound like it starts turning on for a second, LED lamp flashes for a second and thats it. I've tried getting battery out and holding power button(electrical discharge) but its still not working. Laptop is fully charged and LED lamp is on while laptop is on charger. I've also tried reseting it via small button on the back of the laptop. I don't think that motherboard is dead as i can charge my phone via USB 3.0 port. Any ideas what could it be?

I've also opened it up and all capacitors on motherboard looks good.

Laptop is Acer Aspire E - 15

You start the laptop, it turns on for a few seconds, the LED flashes and it turns off - correct?

It turns on for 1 second, it starts turning on, i dont get any input on screen. LED also flashes for a second

Try to turn on pc whitout battery whit power cable plugged in

Did you try with an external monitor?

If you have no display on an external monitor aswell while booting and you've done a hard reset your motherboard is done.

Its not the monitor problem. If it was, laptop would probably turn on with the black screen.

And i tried turning it in without battery, same result.

You should contact acer support, they have a live chat support.

You need to enter an SNID number, and when i do so it says that warranty expired, so rip.

I hate saying take it to the local shop, but that's the only thing left to do, or just give it some time might fix automatically as mine did

Pressed Fn+f12 and it turned on, seems like it got stuck on windows update.
