Your vehicle is broke or you want to rent airbased vehicle?
Airbased vehicle you can rent at LS airport.Landbsed you can rent at LS international airport,at Market and at Rodeo.The cheapest vehicles are at Rodeo.

tbh ur right, newbies can't afford rental cars sometimes.
Plus the border paytoll killed me.. i paid 10k to pass 4 times on the border...

That should be changed but we are not choosing.
