What is the latest mod you installed?

Uninstall ENB mod, colormod, if you have.
if still crashing, uninstall any .cs or .asi file in your gta directory.
Or re-install the whole game, gta sa/samp

You need to enable DirectPlay. Google "How to enable directplay on windows 10" and you will fix it. Post feedback.

You crash because of the ENB, delete the ENB.

It's not because of ENB at all (I mean it is, but the original gta file has been replaced), but mostly because your other mods (skins, vehicles, weapons or any damaged mod). Try runs your gta without mods and see if thats worked.
