How to put DirectX version 9.0 in GTA San Andreas?

Cant play IMRP cause something says that "Grand Theft Auto SA at least DirectX version 9.0" How can i put that in GTA San Andreas? When finished downloading SAMP and Launcher, that thing always appear. So help me how to put that thing. So i can play IMRP. Thank You!

first of all, you don't put directX in your GTA folder, you install it to your system, follow this
guide to update your directX.
