Most of those mods are allowed cuz they are just textures. But about Mix Sets v2.0, i dont think thats allowed, since it modifies alot of stuff in your gta

Everything else seems OK.

Mods that help with your shooting, sight (like weird textures to see through bushes), massive or weapons too bright/unrealistic and character movement are not allowed. Anything that give you an advantage over other players is not allowed and most mods I saw in the video are fine. As long as you use the very common / basic ones such as enb, weapons, skins, textures, lighting and sounds you'll most likely be fine.

PM or make new thread for a specific mod you might still be worried about.
