Microsoft Visual c++ runtime error

Anyone knows how to fix this? Anything without changing windows account because i already did this, I reinstalled SAMP and GTA even deleting gta_set still didn't work

Yes I did, now it makes my gta Unable to start correctly

clear the temp files and install latest pack of Microsoft Visualisaton! C++!
