Help colors are fucked up

Okey when i open the game and play around my jacket should be black and its showing like its green, there ground is changing color idk if its to my monitor or what, last time i did i just changed the resolution from max two lower to check something i didn't like it and i put it back to normal but from that time this started to show.. help if anyone know how to fix
