SASF Problem

I Was a former payer in SASF With rank of private and my name was Jack Crow now i changed my name to Francesco Bandetti i wanted to create a re-enlistment but they told me that iam a new person because i changed my name that means that i have to begin as RCT ??

If you're in the faction already and you want to change your name, you would have to contact a T0 and ask permission to do so. However, if you're not in the faction and you already changed your name, sadly, you will have to reapply again as a new person. And yes, you will begin as a Recruit.
