I don`t know what does this means, I am receiving this twice with the
DENIED response obviously. House 7 is a valid address, how would it be an invalid one?

PD is denying them to illegals without any reason whatsoever

Also crying on forum cuz your wep lic is denied wont help. woot didnt want to put materials in giftboxes,cuz server economy would be fucked up.If someone said that woot should add it,there was about 100 comments like "no way","are you crazy" and so on.What would happen if PD accept everyone's wep lic? Same thing.We are doing favor to you.Also this would be DM server.Think about it?Next year ask woot to add materials to giftbox?

Contact PD regarding the issue - though it seems like lately there's a large influx of random license denials for no actual reason.
