I registered at the forum, should I now wait for you to approve me and then I can play or how? Sorry about my English because I'm from Serbia.

Go to UCP
https://sa-mp.im/ register account here, then log in with the name that you registered with.

Do this, but firstly check your email inbox and click the confirmation link.
Afterwards, you will be properly registered and able to play on the server.
Same applies for forum application.

Register on the UCP, verify account then log IG with the name you have registered
