when I join game it stucks at air and login menu doesnt come.

I resetted my internet but it doesnt worked



Also I can join another servers.

1: restart your pc
2: login with launcher
3: /unrent (when u login with launcher)
4: if above mentioned things dont work, RIP.

Fault of your network mate, it continuously stuck with your IP and keeps reconnecting, it happens with me usually. Keep patient and wait for sometime than it starts working correct.

so why I can join another servers ?

I think server feels difficult to connect with your IP maybe due to your location or network. But keep changing your IP sometimes it works.

Please head onto this website and perform a internet speed test. One of your problems could be that you internet connection is really poor or your internet is not fast enough (happens when you have a high ping too).

Record the stats from the test and pots them here please (a SS would be ideal).
